I don't mean to sound condescending, but I don't need to be told this. I am a Rugby League historian and writer.

Do you know who the first ever player was to play 100 first grade games?


I am so looking so forward to see you on line soon i have a rugby league question for you too i shall wait till we catch up on line together,i answered your question earlier with karmichael hunt was i right or wrong ?i thought after you gave me the question that you may be still online but you disappeared anyway good night from Shadow...

I wasn't asking for the youngest to play 100 games.

I asked for the first player to ever reach 100 games

i think hunt did 100 games in a row i miss read you said 1st to reach 100 games so did ray stehr miss any games to finally play his 100th game??

Stehr? No. He had to go on Kangaroo tours and spent some time playing Bush RL, then spent two years fighting in WWII before returning.


ok thank you ok my question for you is:Which players hold the record for the most grand final appearances?...Shadow knows:phmmmm at least your a do/knower:D...shadow...

The first player to play 100 first grade games was Arthur Butler
1908 - 9 games for Souths
1909 - 8 games for Souths
1910 - 14 games for Souths
1911 - 12 games for Souths
1912 - 14 games for Souths
1913 - 11 games for Souths
1914 - 14 games for Souths
1915 - 13 games for Souths
1916 - In Round 6 he played his 5th game of the year for Glebe and his 100th club game in first grade.

In Round 10, 1916 Sid Pearce played his 100th game
In Round 13, 1916 Arthur Halloway played his 100th game
