Down by 4 with 3 to go.

Moses decides to act like a fake tough guy and give away a penalty in the ruck.

That's either geniused or deliberately throwing the game.

Dropped about 4 knees into the tackled player/play the ball before it was finally given. So glad we got this muppet off our books, enjoy playing for your winning team.

Your guys have only themselves to blame with schoolboy levels play!

Mannah must retire! He's playing like David Tyrrell did for us near the end of his career. In fact he may be playing worse than that!

Nathan Brown can hold his head high but the others should hang their heads in shame![/QUOTE

Parra were awful. Penrith made them look much better than they were. Very flat, and their forwards were completely dominated.

Long year ahead for Eels fans.

All comes back to the Hayne signing, watching a senior player train the way Hayne does just builds a crap half ass culture, it was a woeful signing and there paying for it.

Didn't think we were that bad, tbh.

Penrith are a gun side, and they put a lot of pressure on our halves.

We lost, but it was one try each, and we lost on penalties.

Tough loss, but at least we gave 100%.

We will not make the Finals in 2018, but hopefully, the team can show some more of the character we displayed today, and finish the season strongly.

Well done, Panthers.

Except Hayne has been injured...

Amazing how people just cling to the most popular bullshit that the tabloids shit out.

Anyway I enjoyed that game despite the result. Intensity was high from both sides without the footy, looking to hurt. Penrith were far too good in D. Plenty of bedwetting about the Eels attack but Penny caused all the issues with their line speed and impact.

Didn't these teams play each other 2 weeks ago?

4 weeks ago. We also play the Dogs again in Round 8 after meeting them in Round 3.

Meanwhile it is almost a full 2 season gap between Storm matches. Played them last in Round 5 last year and meet them again in the last round this season.

It just seemed both teams couldn't hold the ball really!

The good teams can win ugly though!

Wait for it.

WT win ugly, and it's a revelation and the media rejoices.

We win ugly, and its the usual bullshit from the media which they will adopt the talkspeak from those who are agenda driven. Which is great. Someone slags us off,and we simply take it out on the next team we play.
