Parra are due for a good performance after a bad one? I still remember the 68-22 of a couple of seasons ago. Those days are long gone...and so are the days of the Broncos being safely tipped to win. Broncos on the slip slope? Many hope so, but surely this slide stops soon?

I remember that.

But its a completely different team to today. In that game they had Tim Smith, Timana Tahu, Feleti Mateo (who's out injured atm), Krisnan Inu was in good form, Ian Hindmarsh, PJ Marsh.

If only they could go back those days sooner.:(

Eels by 62. :(

Let's see if we can get the missed tackle count into triple figures this week.

Eels to come out all guns blazing, score 1 try after 25 minutes, then let 3 in the next 15.

Final Score
Broncos 38
Eels 8

Brisbane Broncos have lost representative winger Israel Folau for Sunday's NRL clash with Parramatta.
The Broncos copped a double blow at training Saturday morning, losing Folau to a painful sternum injury while learning centre Justin Hodges would not make a surprise comeback from injury.

Brisbane desperately need to beat the Eels to stem a losing streak that has seen them concede 138 points in their past three games.

Folau's injury has presented teenager Dale Copley with another opportunity after his nervous debut against Cronulla.

From what I have seen of Winterstein looks good in attack and clueless in defence, 8-4 at half time
