We'll either put up a spirited effort and win or lose a real close one or lack effort and get flogged hoping for the former

Storm are 7-2 against Newy at Olympic Park and Newy haven't won in Melbourne since 2002, incidentally the last time the Storm missed the finals. On the basis of that, you'd expect this to continue...but the Raiders just snapped a 14-game losing run to the Storm on the weekend.

I however don't think Melbourne will indeed lose, and Newy backing up from last night also plays some part.

Actually it was 2004. Knights won 36-26 in Melbourne

As for backing up, well considering the Knights have had a 17 day break prior, I dont think that will make a difference

Thats a bit of an each way bet in a two horse race mate :D

Knights will win in a close one

or

Storm will win in a close one

or

Srorm will run away with it

The only bet you are not on is Knights to run away with it.

Can you introduce me to your bookmaker?

Therefore I'm more likely to be right and just to be safe
or the Knights will run away with it

Our record in Melbourne is horrible, we've been on the end of some beltings in recent years. Not too sure what it is about Olympic Park, but we always struggle there.

We're not alone in that department though plus Melbourne aren't as good a team as they have in the last few years and haven't been as good at home this year
