What a great game that turned out to be. Manly not quite on song, Eels putting on one of their best this season.

What a f**king joke.

Cherry Evans throws a pass standing still 2 metres behind the 40, and the pass is caught on the 40m line. Could not be any more black and white.

Archer cannot be referee for the origin. If he is, we will get killed yet again

Manly win thanks to the 18th man Tony Archer, with a great partnership with 19th man Phil Haines and #20 and #21 Paul Holland and Jason Walsh.

It was a forward pass.

No it wasn't.

Cherry-Evans threw it a metre behind the 40 metre line. The receiver caught it a metre behind the 40 metre line.

The pass wasn't forward because of the crucial fact that it didn't actually travel forward.

Ah well Kearney getting Parra on the right track at least, when he coaches a team with a few more decent players we'll be back in the mix.

Imagine that it was Canberra instead of Parramatta. Would you still be so adamant it was a flat pass?

Good game of football that one, Hayne and Stewart were both very good I thought. Parra will be spewing after a good performance there

Yes. The pass was fine.

As a sidenote, once again Hayne goes to shit when his team need him the most. He's not a big game player.
