    If respect is important then an honest bit of consenting adult exercise sex with a new friend who is under no illusions and carries no connections seems the better option if shagging a friends slightly dull younger brother is the alternative, particularly if the friend might be funny about it.

    7am - 2 slices Burgen Soy Lin toasted, 2 eggs, fried with small spray of canola oil in non stick pan. 1 liter water.
