I just randomly came across it on the French Fed's website, they're due to face off on the 22nd of October in Avignon. I hope the French can be at full strength for this one and make it a decent contest!

Good stuff, better late than never.

Wish they would fix the international schedule so people know way in advance so they can make plans.

About time we get to see England play in France again.

Was a good turnout last time was it not?

I'd love to see France beat England.. and England beat Australia. That'd throw a spanner in the works.

Yeah it is time for another game.. it's ok if France end up getting beaten comfortably.. they need to play that opposition so they can know what level they need to get too.. One day though.. when France is on and England a bit off an upset might happen and do wonders for the game!!

They'll continue to play like they do while they play the likes of Scotland and Ireland year after year.

They seem to have the facilities and support to host bigger events. Should be bringing over someone like PNG and hosting a tri series or something similar. Also playing these European Cup games mostly outside of France is not building any momentum regarding TV exposure. National side needs to make the step up and hopefully with a new president soon will get them on course.

Not a bad squad.

1. Gigot
6. Fages
7. Bauthau
9. Pellissier

Young spine that could develop nicely if they get more games together. Pellissier and Gigot the only ones playing club footy together.
