Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad from the Warriors should be a target for a budget buy for the tigers.
if possible see if he can come this year... and play him on the wing.
He is the best fullback in NSW cup.

If the Warriors don't re-sign him but continue to play forwards on the wing like Maumalo I will be super pissed.

CNK reminds me of Nightingale in a way. Has speed, but not the fastest, has strength, but not the strongest, but damned if he isn't smarter than most of the players he comes up against and anticipation and awareness is something you just can't teach.

So the Dragons halves will take up over 2 million of the salary cap next year.

They are definitely going to have to rely on juniors on cheap contracts for a lot of positions going forward.

But they finally have a decent halves combo.

Ben Matulino to join Wests Tigers

Wests Tigers are pleased to announce the signing of New Zealand International Ben Matulino for the coming three seasons.

The new deal will see Matulino join Wests Tigers until at least the end of the 2020 NRL season.

Matulino has played 196 games for the New Zealand Warriors since making his debut in 2008 and has represented his county on 23 occasions.

The 28 year old front rower will join Wests Tigers at the end of the current season.

Wests Tigers Head Coach Ivan Cleary said he was looking forward to welcoming Matulino to the club.

“Ben has proven himself as an elite front rower in both the NRL and International arena,” said Cleary. “We welcome Ben as an integral part of Wests Tigers’ future.”

Wests Tigers CEO Justin Pascoe said that Matulino will be a great addition to the playing squad.

“Ben has been a part of the Warriors and Kiwi squads for a number of years and has shown himself to be a leader both on and off the field,” said Pascoe. “We look forward to him bringing his experience to Wests Tigers for the coming three seasons.

“It’s great to have a player of Ben’s experience, both in the NRL and International arenas, decide to commit his future to Wests Tigers,” he said.

whatever matulino's $ are with the tigers, a year contract for 28 year old prop who has been sub average for at least 2 seasons is a massive risk

doubt any other club would have been prepared to give him more than a 1-2 year deal

Lol you were in the Tigers forum pulling your dick saying we were dreaming and wouldn't sign him, now we have and you're having a cry saying he's a dud

the only post i made about matulino in your forum was how it was a balls-up your club had claimed his signing when the player and his existing club claimed no deal had been done.

would love to see whatever else you've just made up.
