How ffs did Hasler get an extension after the piss poor year they have had so far. All I can say is glad Hasler changed their attack for this year otherwise how bad would they be going?
yeah I remember one of the morris brothers at the start of the year saying "' we r going to be all about our attack this yr.so watch us score plenty of points"
all I can do is laugh.
how hasler is still in his job is beyond me but couldn't be happier with the dogs decisions.

The Kennel also says that no player has get out clause if Des gets sacked. I would say the board was desperate to get Foran that they extend Des and now do the dirty on him at the end of the season pay him out and move on. Apparently their is a Boycott Belmore this week V the knights.

I doubt any club would be silly enough to allow get out clauses anymore. However Foran has shown that he doesn't necessarily need a get out clause. It will be interesting to see what happens.

Parramatta utility Will Smith has extended his contract for another season.

The 25-year-old joined the Eels this season after three seasons with Penrith where he made his NRL debut.

Having filled a role in the halves and hooker, Smith’s extension was signed off on some weeks ago and is now contracted until the end of 2018.

Market Watch can also confirm the Eels have taken up an option in their favour on Nathan Davis for 2018.

The centre rejoined the club earlier in the year from the Gold Coast.

Davis made his NRL debut at the Titans last year but was granted an early release from his contract to return to his junior club.

.
Parramatta have signed Willis Meehan for the remainder of the 2017 season.

The former Rooster and Sea Eagle has been cleared by the NRL to train with the top squad but remains a free agent in 2018. However, the Eels intend to extend his contract, pending NRL approval.

It’s understood the Eels will spend the rest of the year working on Meehan’s fitness before he’s elevated to the top squad.

The prop has also been cleared to play in the ISP with Wentworthville.

The June 30 transfer deadline has been and gone but a handful of moves like Meehan’s have taken place.

The Eels released outside back Bureta Faraimo to the Warriors for the remainder of the year and Kelepi Tanginoa to Manly.

They weren’t the only movements that took place, with Souths and Melbourne doing a swap with Dean Britt and Robbie Rochow trading places.

And I'd be more worried it's Nathan Brown. Isn't Market Watch just the lurker or someone lurkeresque

Na, Nathan Ryan the journo is extremely reliable, never writes bullshit. If it is in market watch, its 99.9% true.

BTW he is the journo that participated in the eels pre season hill run up the central coast.

Also I doubt it's Brown, he has already come out last week praising BA.

It could be Vaughan, but don't reckon it is. He just re-signed.

Can't really think of any other "gun" potential NSW forwards that have recently changed clubs apart from Paulo.

Maybe McInnes ?
