The whole set up with our grades is crap.I am sure our coaching staff have no idea.
The under 20's has been fine they had a good season last year and this year hasn't been to bad either but I have to say is Collins being pushed into making a call on Field for fullback as he has been shocking.
The Dragons have never really taken the under 20's that serious with the massive amount of turn over of players every single year evident with basically a new roster this year.
Illawarra again is just a feeder club isn't a traditional lower grade for the Dragons plus the design of the team was to allow the better locally based players a run in a higher graded competition.
Again Illawarra's team line up is dictated by what Mary does and he continually f**ks around with the first grade roster and with the team playing away in Canberra he took extra players who don't get a run and then haven't got an oppurtunity to play at all that weekend.
Whats the point of having Lawrie and Dufty sit out a weekend and not get a game what is that doing for their development.
With the under 20's moving back to just a state based comp and the NSW Cup changing format will the Dragons actually try and take it seriously or just fob it off.
