Well it's depressing that as a fan base we're not going in expecting any games to be wins anymore.

Just a feeling more than anything. Mostly due to last year's game against the Titans where everyone thought we would win and we got beaten. That was at Penrith too.

You have to think the current top 6 will win the 1-2 games from 7 that they need. The Eels have the Broncos twice, but their other 5 games are against bottom 8 sides so they should be safe too. So what you've got is 7 sides fighting for 8th spot.

We can afford to lose two games, no more. Possibly only one. With Manly and Canberra away, and the Cows at home to come, this really can't be one of them.

Merrin will be missed, and Moylan has to be doubtful. It is going to take a massive performance from the lesser lights in the side, especially the forwards, to get away with this one. Cleary will have his hands full with Ash Taylor.

Second time running these two unfashionables have clashed in a crucial game. Like last time, the two teams have a combined winning run of 5 games.

This is a danger game for us, Gold Coast has shown that they can put top quality teams down this season and both teams are fighting for a spot in the 8.
Moylan might be rested and Merrin seems to be out so we really need the young guys to step up.

Seeing that we are playing at home i tip Penrith to win by 8.

I'm having one of those moments as a Panthers fan, where my confidence is at a high level... Therefore we'll probably lose...

You'd think panthers but the Titans are the best team in the comp at winning the games they've been given no chance in.

Still think panthers by 4

That Tits Saturday game in the wet looked like an energy sapping affair with tackles stinging in just about every hit.

I'm very confident that the Panthers on their current form, will prevail by 12.But it certainly won't surprise me if we give them a towelling if they turn up feeling un-energised and flat from the week before.
