As long as they're allowed to flaunt the salary cap with BS TPAs then yes.
furthermore it gives a free kick to AFL & the like every second weekend.
Agree 100% but should be QRL, if that's what you meant, run along the lines of a united-BRL club, "Brisbane United"the issue i have is that brisbane should have a second team with the same infrastructure as the drongos. a second team with backing from the arl to reach the same level as the drongos & taking advantage of a flow of juniors from the qld cup that currently roll off to other clubs.
this city deserves top flight footy being played in it every weekend. given the strength of the code in this state, the current set-up is a joke.

And Moga. That merkin is having a laugh playing first grade.
Who were you referring to again?Whole of Brisbane to support them financially. TPAs galore to attract anyone they want to the club. Free to air favourites on every Friday f**king night.
Yet haven't won anything since 2006.
I can't see them getting close to another premiership unless they start their own comp.
Thoughts?
You 'never heard of the f*cker'??Who were you referring to again?
Lost their Aura long ago, teams use to go up to thier old home ANZ already beaten mentally. Brian Smiths Parramatta teams were the only one with a great record against them. That and with an enforced salary cap they can no longer carry 4 rep players on the bench and 16 in the starting lineup. From thier 2006 GF side only 1 player never played for either Australia or Queensland (Shane Perry).Give Redcliffe, Wynnum or an established QRL team the green light.
As for the Broncos- would people still call them a powerhouse team?
In terms of their financial status, crowds and membership then they absolutely qualify...
What fooker? You 'never heard of the f*cker'??
solid observationIt's League Unlimited...
