Would be interesting so see what rubber grips Steeden put on a jersey seeing they would have the best inside knowledge

I don't *like* the Bulldogs jersey for 2018 but it's not the worst jersey going around, by a long shot.

It looks a bit doofy with the yoke and collar leaving a floating white patch above the V. But otherwise its a fairly classic RL style.

Salford Red Devils are delighted to announce a three-year joint venture agreement with Steeden’s European licensee Advantage Sport which means the Red Devils will play and train in Steeden kit.

Salford are proud to become the companies first Super League Club in their ever-growing portfolio with the Red Devils principal shirt being revealed next week.

All playing and training gear will be available for purchase online with details being announced in due course.

Salford Red Devils CEO, Ian Blease, said: “We are delighted to welcome Steeden and their European licensee Advantage Sport as our technical apparel partner for the next three years.

“We’ve been working with the designers at Steeden to produce a kit and apparel that I’m sure the fans will support by purchasing the ranges available in the Club’s new era.

“The new kit will represent a new brand Salford Red Devils, with strong links in the designs of the shirts from the Club’s history as we produce them with Steeden year on year.

“We have revealed a couple of new signings over the past few weeks. We also have more signings to come, along with some existing sponsorship deals to be renewed and our new kit releases to come – these are exciting times for the Salford Red Devils.”

Advantage Sport Director, Dan Drew, said: “It is fantastic to have Salford Red Devils on board as our first Super League Club for 2018 and beyond.

“Adding such a prestigious Club to our portfolio is a real coup for the brand and reflects how hard we have worked to produce a high-quality product with creative design and excellent customer service.

“We are really excited to see how the supporters respond to Red Devils’ new shirts. In addition, we are taking over the retail store and look forward to unveiling some great new product over the coming weeks.

“The team at Salford have been great to work with and we look forward to forging a long and successful partnership with the Red Devils.”

So happy about Qld changing to ISC...... perfect timing, as soon as Canterbury brought out that terrible template!

Now NSW are stuck with it :)

ISC seem to like bringing back old jersey designs, would like to see something like the below.

Hopefully we lose the gold and go back to maroon and white

Agreed the CCC tear drop template was worse but that was gone years ago.

The new template looks strange on the neck, way too tight. Makes it look like a polo shirt where the buttons have been done all the way up. No one does the buttons all the way up. It's just all around odd.

What does it look like on an average person? Haven't seen anyone wearing one that's not on players (skin tight)

In any case I reckon they'll make the NSW collar a different colour, like the Kangaroos jersey.

Every design NSW has worn in the last 10 years has been worse. Just changing the horrendous name/number font, returning to hooped socks and getting rid of VB would improve it out of sight.
VB is gone, no replacement yet from memory.
