I would hope Newcastle get some games, it’s a great stadium and has a great location right in the city centre for fans to make a day of it.
Plus it’s not in the heartlands but it’s close enough that people can easily travel from them for the day. The magic weekends seem to be going well up there also.

Is that at St James' Park?

Another "journalist" who thinks Hull City own the KCom. It's Hull City Council who own it. Hull City, like Hull FC, are merely tenants.

their owner has been trying to buy it for years to expand it as claims too small for a sustainable epl team and is now fed up and about to walk away from the club.

The same club who are now struggling to stay in the Championship and who very rarely filled the KCom once the novelty of being in the EPL had worn off? They are slipping back to the mediocrity that they managed for most of their history. The Allam's can bleat about wanting to buy the stadium all they like but it's still a council owned asset and should remain that way. The biggest problem at the KCom is that the council have, from day one, let the football team control the running of the stadium and they often dump on Hull FC. They once told Hull FC to remove a picture of former Hull FC and GB player Johnny Whiteley from the boardroom. This is an example of how petty they are. Imagine what they'd try if they actually owned the stadium instead of just thinking they do?

That was quick! It's still in the 2017 RLWC year and the English have already started planning for the next one. Good on them.

Also great 30 places have said they want to host matches. I'm sure RLWC 2021 will be bigger than the one in Oz this year
40 places are now showing interest in hosting a game.

Even better, alot more support for the 2021 edition than the 2013 one
In theory the organisers can play the interested parties off against each other to get the best deal for the tournament. That's not to say just take the best monetary offer every time though. Sometimes exposure into an area deemed important is better value than more pound coins.
