Ever set of six will end in a penalty if that is given regularly

It won't be so it's just another game gifted to Brisbane

From what I remember, the not standing square thing was a deliberate defensive tactic first implemented by the Des Hasler coached Bulldogs. This started a problematic trend across the NRL from 2014 onward. Glad the refs are stamping this out.

When Matt Lodge said "tonight is the night you die" maybe he was having a Bran Stark style warging moment and was actually referring to Golden Point on March 23, 2018.

Just a theory.

But Skeletor is right. It really does have to go.

We can't have teams losing like that to a 'markers not square' penalty that never was after busting their arses off for 88 minutes.

C'mon Toddles, by the power of greyskull, make the call.

You haveee the POWEERRRRR!!

It’s f**king trash
Always has been, if you can’t be seperate after 80 minutes there is absolutely nothing wrong with a point each and head home
In fact I love when draws happens, breaks the table up a bit.

GP is always the worst quality football you’ll see all year. It’s manufactured excitement only. A draw was good enough for how many years before we decided we needed 10 minutes of terrible football to achieve a result

Its shite. No need to force a result in a regular premiership match. Why in round 3, do we have to have a winner like it was a sudden death match?

It made for some memorable moments but time stick a fork in it.

Since teams defend so well on their try line now why the hell is the attack still so conservative. Roll the dice from within your own half, take some chances, play some football...back your try line defence.
The offensive coaches need to start coming up with something. Maybe bring back the chip/chase.

The chip and chase is dead because if you chip, you will almost always get taken out on the chase, and the refs NEVER below a penalty when someone is taken out on a chip and chase. I mean absolutely NEVER. The only time it ever happens is if the defender is stupid enough to use a shoulder charge on the kick chaser.
