Its team list Tuesday, I imagine McGregor will post the same 17 with the extended bench.
Who will back up from Origin?
Hunt and JDB must be in serious doubt surely. I think Vaughan and Friz barring injury should be ok.

Who comes in for Hunt? - Do we move Mann there or promote the rookie Nichols?
Who comes in for JDB? - Sele or Lawrie?

This is a real test for McGregor to also get the bench right, particularly with Friz and Vaughan getting enough rest. Do we promote Leilua or Host to a bench spot as cover? (With the bench looking something like - LAM, Latimore, Leilua/Host and Mann/Nichols).
BTW, the ISP play on Sunday so we will know the make-up by then.

Surely Nichols must be the choice to replace Hunt - specialist half back who is no rookie.
Isn't that why we bought him - as cover for Hunt?
Lawrie would be my choice for JDB

Im tipping JDB will be rested fit or not...he needs to rest that hip and Bulldogs match is a no brainer for a win - we wont let that team of deadbeats ruin our party again - one thing NRL teams have are long memories...our team is still hurting from last year - good news no Lichaa who carved us along w Reynolds coming on late and sparking the dogs..

All the other players will play IMO as they should!

LAM into starting lineup w Frizell to lock

Real danger game for us. Read somewhere that Bulldogs have won 11 of the past 12 games against us, including that agonising game last year that cost us a spot in the semis. Much will depend on how well the SOO players come through. We can't afford to be losing games against sides at the bottom of table like we did last year. We should win this game and the next couple after that. If we do that we will have learned from past mistakes, if not just wait for the knockers to come out of the closet with the "chokers" taunts. Go Dragons!!!!!!!

Cut, paste, repeat.
We go in with that team, Hunt backing up as well as not 100%, JDB backing up needing another needle, Vaughn and Frizell backing up, McMuppets plan of only using three of the four bench, we get beat.

Who do we count on as a reserve #7? Mann? We have the forward reserves but aren't match fit for NRL because of the benchwarming. Depth was always going to be an issue.

Agree blacksafake , a real big game from from our red cattle dog , the bloke will be snapping at the Bulldog's heels in this match . Would just loooove Graham to score a try or two and then grab the Dragons emblem and shove it into the faces of the doggies supporters - ala Morris'es style !
