Did Ashton ‘good enough to bat in the top six’ Agar seriously shoulder arms to a ball on middle peg?

f**k me.

Wow what an amazing ODI side we have. Going to be bowled out on a freakin' highway in a tick over 30 overs.
Brilliant.

Yay 200 up. How will England ever chase this down.
Dusted for 205 after 34.4. Lol.
This team can swim home.

Can't handle spin Ali getting another bag of wickets. Un-freakin'believae

On the plus side, Short and Carey showed something.

We need to pick some f**king batsmen, enough with the bits and pieces in the top six.

We don't need Paine in the team. Carey is the only wicket keeper we need. He's a far superior batsman to Paine who offers nothing.
We're more than one player away but gotta start some where.

Damn England 5 down now...
Guess that's what happens when they take a side lightly.

Good to see Stanlake rip in.
Gonna need bowlers like him to reach their potential.

No idea why you would take us lightly. The one days in Australia weren’t exactly a success for Australia even with smith and his mates in the side.

You guys were taking us lightly in your innings. Still we're not good enough to take advantage.

We know how far we (Australia) has fallen. All started going downhill for us since that ODI tour to SA where we brought an inexperienced bowling attack who got clobbered, much like this one.

You have outplayed us in every facet Pommy and are deserved champs. It was always going to be a big ask with such a green attack. On the whole they aquitted themselves well. It was the batsmen that let us down badly. We have enormous work to do before the WC.. priority is to get some blokes that can play spin! 25 wickets fell to your spinners. This mob of no hopers swing the bat and hope for the best. No foot movement or plan of attack. It is excruciating to watch.

Yes that too was excruciating to watch. Seems CA has not learnt its lesson by pitting this green attack against a rampant England on roads. Gotta feel for Neser, Stanlake, Jhye Richardson specially. Kane Richardson and Andrew Tye leastwise have some experience. Tye is one who does not step up at national level. Recall he also got clobbered in the last T20 WC.
