Injuries to the Knights have cruelled this contest, but the Bulldogs deserve the win. Their passes look a lot crisper and they look like they have a few different plays executed sharper and their defence has been pretty good.

Bleh, we're a spoon team without Pearce, Ponga and the Saifitis. Well done Doggies, you did enough to walk all over us.

Knights 38-12. Ponga three tries and the hype train to keep on charging

Take the 1,7 and 2 biggest forward out of any side and you could say that. Sad for the knights that Ponga gets injured just as Pearce is due back. Even though they were probably too far out whilst they were a mathematical possibility to make the 8 it would have been exciting to watch.

Congrats to the Dogs, their fans deserve that. Thought Lewis looked good.

Yeah, I agree with you... it's just extremely frustrating because aside for a month or 2 of form at the back end of 2013, we've consistently found ways to be this bad for over a decade. The fans of our club deserve better, and have done for a long time. It feels like it wouldn't matter if we had a squad of internationals, our club would find a way to capitulate.

I do feel good for Doggies fans getting a win, to be honest. At least if tonight was going to happen, it happened giving some suffering fans a bit of joy.

The Dogs did defend pretty well, even though we basically only threw Jack Cogger at them.

Tough loss Knights but well done to the Bulldogs. They were pretty good doing the basics and competed for the 80. They haven't had the same team many weeks so any win is commendable. Their halves are still ineffective but young and with plenty of potential.

Bulldogs on line defence in the first half was soft, but they fixed it up in the second.

Knights didn't deserve to lose by 20. As always they really put in, it's just thierlapses which cost them. They resemble the Raiders to me. Plenty of skill and effort, just shoot themselves in the foot too often.

On the bright side, you have the best player in the comp to build around.
