Nothing causes greater confusion that Origin depleted teams

On the one hand we have a team in the Warriors that appear to showing the Roosters sympathy by trying to lose by big margins. It seems that Ivan Cleary is trying to help his old mate Brad Fittler out a bit. But with the Roosters facing an uphill battle to get maximum points against the bye, the Warriors can forget playing like a pack of spastics in a ball bearing factory and concentrate on the Tigers.

They are without their inspirational Captain Steve Price, but Packer is a handy replacement on the bench and they have enough decent players to get the job done. McKinnon will cause danger from the back. Jones has experience on his side, their second row is decent and big Manu should be given plenty of ball. They're at home, the Tigers are missing Farah and have inexperienced players filling in key roles and Morris is playing hooker. If that lot doesnt warm your cockles Warriors fans then nothing will.

So - when you look at it objectively - Tigers to win? Yeah - thought so.

Dance of the desperate here, especially the Warriors.

Shocked at how poorly we have played. I always expect the slow start, but the way we have played in those past two games gives me grave concerns for this season.

Tigers have been really unlucky of late, losing their last three games by a combined 5 points. They could have and should have won all three, they wouldn't want another close loss.

Tigers have clearly been playing the better football, but it was the game against the Tigers (at Leichardt, 2008) that kick-started the Warriors season. I am probably clutching at straws, but if there is a time to start winning, it sure as hell is now.

Ahh Joel Moon... sheer comedy. Tigers fullback injured and in all sorts, perfect situation to test him with a bomb... and Moon kicks it out on the full.

Good debut 40 mins from Locke. McKinnon, Vatuvei and Ropati playing well as well.

I tell you what, the Warriors need to adopt this jersey as their regular jersey, maybe use black instead of navy to fit the club colours, but it's so much better than their usual kit it's not funny.
