This will be an epic clash that will go down to the wire.
I can see Saints winning our first golden-pointer, 31-30.
Thurston hat trick, Morris hat trick.

Last time Saints wore the pink vee, Melbourne spanked them and Ryles got sent off

I remember. That's our main worry, that we are wearing pink and we are going against Thurston and his Cows.

The pink V is a great initiative though, as the $ goes for cancer research.

Look I'm not convinced Cows are the real deal yet - We've played some average teams or good teams in average form.
So as much as I'd like to say we'll take the points, I won't be saying it confidently.

we beat them last time with alot of their players backing up. our only proper win against a good team was knights. we also dominated the bunnies which we should of. if the same cowboys show up that have the last couple weeks this well be a great match cowboys by 1. wendell will be fired up thurston was talking a little trash after the bunnies game :) can't wait for the game.

For stepping on the foot of a bloke who had just kicked him in the shins. I think most old timers would have been shaking their heads - sent off for kicking in a scrum. That used to be the bloody point of scrums - a well aimed kick or a sneaky loose arm. :?

Seriously though, there is no comparison between our team last year and our team this year. The Cowboys are a dangerous team who we unfortunately played back into form, but I can't see a Bennett-coached side being stupid enough to take them lightly. Should be a top match.

More worried about tonights match to be honest than facing the Cowboys.
Just hope we get up over the Titans tonight.

The lose to Titans has actually made me more confident. I have no doubt we'll start waaaaaaay better than tonight.

Match of the round. I'll be there.

I think the Dragons will get home in a tight one.

I think the tits game is a massive wake up call, with the bye following the cows game I think this will be our best performance so far in 09, this is a 4 point game for us.

That controversial loss to the Tits yesterday will fire us up big time.
I wouldn't be surprised to see us ambush the Cows and win by more than 20.
That's if Thurston has caught swine flu.

But really, we won't allow a repetition of yesterday. We should win. But hey, a win by 20 with Thurston playing will be great, and possible!
