I rate the Sharkies in this one... Steve Rogers Cup, Porter's first game after his tragic loss... I think it'll galvanise the Sharks and they will definitely give MWSE a run for their money.

The Sea Eagles won't lose two in a row at the busy end of the season.
Big George Rose to carry four Sharkies over the line for the first try..lol

We should hopefully be keen to make amends after yesterdays game. Our record is terrible at Shark Park but last seasons win gives me some confidence. Manly by 8.

Old Rivals meet again…...
This weekend the clock will be turned back in the shire when the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks take on the Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles for the Steve Rogers Cup as part of Saturday Night Football at Toyota Stadium. Kick off at 7:30pm

Toyota Stadium, which became famous for Saturday night football in the 90’s, will be resurrecting the past theme, as the Sharks look to keep their slim finals hopes alive against the defending premiers.

As part of the celebrations, players from the famous 1973’s Grand Final teams will be honoured at the match. The Sharks will also be wearing their 1970’s replica jerseys in honour of the side, and specifically of Steve Rogers.

There will also be a series of other events tied into the match which will be announced in the countdown to the clash on sharks.com.au

Family tickets for this special match start from just $40, so make sure you purchase yours today!
Steve Rogers Cup: Past Results
2008: Sea Eagles 34 defeated Sharks 6 (Rnd 18)
2008: Sharks 16 defeated Sea Eagles 10 (Rnd 1)
2007: Sea Eagles 29 defeated Sharks 22 (Rnd 19)
2006: Sharks 15 defeated Sea Eagles 12 (Rnd 15)
2006: Sea Eagles 20 defeated Sharks 18 (Rnd 3)

Head to Head: Sharks: 2 - 3 Sea Eagles
Points: Sharks 77 - 105 Sea Eagles

Pommeroy's in the team and in the centre's.
We have no hope of winning.
Dessie will have all his attack heading down that side of the field and you can expect at least 4 missed tackles, sorry no tackles by Pommeroy to let you over the line.
