On one hand we've been defending quite well which gives me a bit of confidence against the Dragons. We've also created a few opportunites but just not capitalised in recent weeks.

On the other hand with the injuries we've possibly got and the short turn around (for both sides admittedly) I'm a little worried. Will wait to see the side named before the prediction.

Gotta say, the Gibbs, Payton, Flanagan, Ellis, Hino starting pack is one hell of a defensive unit. Bringing KG off the bench is a luxury, and if Fifita gets another run we'll have some real impact off the bench.

saints will start deserved favourites. we've won 4 in a row but look who we've beaten, all teams who wont be near the finals. even then three of the games were in the balance with 10 to go. im still nto convinced we've turned the corner.

i think it will be a great game but have a feeling saints will end up being too good by about 12-14.

Dragons by 12, with the game to be in the balance with 20 to go but Morris double wins the game.

Tigers to hold firm early before tired defensive gives out late in the game.

Dragons by 12.

Should be a cracker if we bring our a-game. We have a decent record against the Saints to over the past few seasons, and I give us a real chance of causing the boilover.

Wonder if Gaz may play, he has a good try-scoring record vs the Tigers.

He sure did, getting hatricks in 2002, 2005, 2006 (twice in 06), and scoring four tries in 2004 against them. But his winning record against them was bad, only 48% of games from 2000-2008 the Dragons won while he played. Maybe that will improve when he returns lol

We don't tend to blow teams out of the water. Just strangle them defensively and do enough to win. Which is pretty much all we need to be doing at this point of the season.
