LOL @ this being a Rooster's "home game"

Warriors to win

whats to "LoL" about ?

good on the Chooks for bringing the game to the South Island, Warriors management are treating it as a normal 'away' game.

CEO was asked if there was any possibility of discounted airfares (Air NZ are a sponsor) for season ticket holders..

The answer was "no".

Good on the Chooks..

It's hard to see both teams making the 8 at the end of the season, given the quality already there and the quality lurking...so this is a crucial game for both teams. Warriors won their last match in Christchurch for their first ever win in New Zealand (but away from Auckland). The neutral venue should favour us more, even though we've had reasonable success at the SFS against the Chooks in recent times.

Giving away a home game hasn't helped us in the past but both teams are a Jeckyll and Hyde lot. Hoping the bye breaks our win-loss sequence.

Shocked at all this optimism at the Warriors winning. I certainly hope they do, but the Roosters on their day can be one of the best in the NRL. They put together 65 minutes of great football on the Gold Coast against the Titans, and absolutely brushed aside Melbourne with extreme ease.

They also got smashed 60-14 by the hapless Bulldogs and embarassed 42-18 by the so called attack shy Sharks. You don't know which Roosters team will turn up.

Warriors to win.

Apparently it's raining by the bucket-load in Christchurch and feeling pretty icy. Taking games on the road is a good initiative, but why go to Christchurch in the middle of winter?

Anyway GO THE WARRIORS!
