I didn't mind Doherty debut but wtf, how does he jump ahead of the Aus A spinner. Fair enough if he was the Aus A spinner and got named but he isn't, O'Keefe is.

Gotta hope Ferguson or Khawaja ton up against England in the tour match so we see either of them in the team at the Gabba. Shame about Harris but I am happy with the 3 quicks of DOugie Hilf and Johnson. Siddle is a muppet I will be shattered if he gets a game. Also strange with the 3 spinners, but it is really 2 because Smith isn't classed as a spinner in my book.

I doubt he is seriously being considered for Test selection it is just a decision to make it look like they are considering all options and seemingly they're doing something when they're not and we all know which 11 will take the field in Brisbane.

probably not test selection but he has been bowling superbly in first class cricket for a while now...

Probably a shoot out in the Aus A game. I'd throw Smith in as well, hes plays way different in FC compared to the shorter formats. Whoever impresses most out of them will be the backup for mine.

Nah O'Keefe takes wickets. He is the best left arm orthodox bowler in the country. Clarke is the second best. Doherty averages 48 for a reason.

Well O'Keefe is defensive by nature just started picking up some wickets. So it was funny hearing the selectors saying they were picking Doherty for variation.
