Surely the home side will break through here, finished off well last weekend & overdue for a win. Better forward pack should stand up.

This will be a bigger test than the raiders and titans were for us, we better show up in the second half this week.

Could go either way a 2nd half fade off again will cost the Cows a game sooner than later so it could be this one but if the Cows do a hatchet job on the Sharks like they been doing in there previous first halves putting the game out of question temporarily until errors/drop of pace and no tries in the 2nd half almost cost them the game in majority of the 2nd halves this year. A consistent 80 minutes is needed by the Cows.

An up-the-middle forward struggle in this contest no doubt.

Both clubs are fielding their strongest packs, and Cronulla being on their home patch won't give the Cowboys an inch. In fact, they probably won't show them any respect at all. Fair enough, and just the contest NQ need to prove to the comp they're the real deal. But if they match or win the forward encounter, there is enough points in them to take out this contest.

I'd like to see NQ spread the ball on or around the half-way. We seem far more comfortable scoring from long range than applying pressure close to the opposition line. If they work around the defensive edges of Cronulla they may expose weaknesses or catch them by surprise.

That and an effective kicking game should see us home.
