Hmmmm. We could be rocks or diamonds here. Tonight could shatter us or it could be the thing to motivate us to a win.

Melbourne are one of the benchmarks. If we take the good things we did tonight and iron out the bad we'll have a shot.

It'll also be interesting to see the Master and the Apprentice go head to head. There was a lot of Melbourne in our defense tonight (not the last 2 minutes). Will be interesting to see two similar styled defenses go head to head.

If we play like we did in Canberra and the Bunnies play as well as they did tonight, we will lose by about 8. But if we play like we can we should win by about 12.

there was a lot of the Storm in your whole game. Even the Roosters adopted our Cronk/Slater play.

It will be tough to open the season 0-2.

We'll at least play them close, wouldn't rule us out.. The Raiders went within a few minutes of beating them.

This will be a close game. I was pretty impressed with the physicality of the Rabbitohs forward pack. They really muscled up to the Roosters and their size will trouble the smaller Storm pack.

They just went to sleep with 3 to go, which can happen to any team on any night. You play that game again another 99 times and the result will be different.

I'm not sure if they are, but if Luke and Merritt are back then this team are far more dangerous.

Storm by 2 in a thriller.

Why is this a Sunday night game? Is it simply to experiment with the timeslot? One would think that this week would be one of the few occasions the Storm could have a Saturday night game unopposed by AFL in Melbourne.

All I know is if its one thing that can beat us, its aggression.
If our forwards can hold up against the brutal Souths pack, then our creativity should win in the end.
Dave Taylor will cause massive headaches though for centres and Cronk.

Always enjoy playing the Storm, haven't beaten them for a while but the team always shapes up against the Storm. Will be especially true this year. Expecting a close one, could go either way
