    It would be well behind the UEFA Euro championships in total attendaces( including qualifiers) and TV viewers.

    Those salary caps are to cover squads of 40-50 players due to the "Specialist" position reqirements , so they may be higher in total but need to spread a lot further.

    Sad news Hugh Waddell who guested for Manly in 1989 passed away yesterday aged 60, he played gor Blackpool, Oldham and Leeds in the UK as well as his spell in Australia and won 5 GB caps on the 1988 tour down under RIP Hughie
