Look at Papalii, used to play on the right edge for the Raiders, but moved to the left to make room for Whitehead and didn't miss a beat. Yet he'll probably be used as a battering ram through the middle...

    That wasn't one shot, it was 5 or 6. Watch it again. Not even close to the best battle scenes in movies. For a recent example, take the cinematography by Emmanuel Lubezki in the opening scene of The Revenant.

    That wasn't close to Hardhome. The Door is the best episode of the season so far. Today was just too predictable. It was a good episode, just not great.

    I have a lot of faith in Game of Thrones doing epic scenes, but I think Hardhome will be hard to beat as far as drama. The Night King staring down Jon Snow and then raising the dead was just beyond awesome TV. Hopefully I eat my words but it's no shame to come in behind Hardhome.
