    Your prehistoric NSWRL team.

Balmain, then Manly (was a huge fan of Kevin iro), then finally settled on Newcastle when John Schuster switched to play there. Became a big fan of Sargent, Harrigan, Kemp, Stewart, then on to MacDougall, Johns, Johns etc. They didn't win many games as a whole but always had a brutal forward...

Welsh youngster on trial with Leeds

There are a few minor european nations players playing in Elite 1, a Serbian, Georgian, Catalonian, Italians and a few Moroccans I can think of. However much like Jimmy who I beleive is based in the UK anyway, they were all predominantly french based before playing internationals (except for...

    NZ v Cook Islands cancelled

I'm a big supporter of NZ rugby league, but this is poor. OK so it wouldn't be anywhere near a test strength team, but it's a big deal for the Cooks. Send a team with a few top graders and fill out the rest with promising juniors or NSW/Qld Cup players or even some of the top domestic players...

In 5 years NZ will dominate

Don't forget the achievements of the Junior Warriors last year either, they deserve a mention as an all NZ eligible based squad winning the Toyota Cup. (yes some have played for Tonga etc but at the end of the day could switch to NZ in a heartbeat).

    Dane Gagai

Gagai was awesome in the 2 game Junior Kangaroo v Kiwi's series. He was easily the most dangerous player on the field for either team. Everytime he ran the ball the kiwis struggled to stop him scoring. Defense may be a down side, but this boy sure knows how to attack.

NRL club bosses back Kiwis vs Polynesian All Stars during origin

The article was a bit dodgy (didn't Dymock coach the Tongans not the Bati?) and although i've always been against a pacific island combined team, i'm not hating this idea. SO long as the island countries have full blown international games regularly at the end of the year.

Would a GB team perform better than England?

England are only a few decent players off being able to compete with Aus and NZ, how about Eastmond, Morley, Peacock, Sinfield, Pryce???? They don't have the depth to cover injuries like the ANZAC's but they do have talent, I think people are over reacting a bit here. A few refs calls the...

No Four Nations in 2012 - wrong move

Hopefully it will leave space for an old fashioned tour!! And whoever doesn't tour could play a couple of games against teams like Samoa, Fiji, France etc

    New Zealand vs. Australia

It will be NZ's strongest team no matter what the result for the Roos against the Poms. I don't think there will ever be an occasion where the Kiwi's would 'rest' someone against the evil aussies. McKendry did rip into his work well and just ran straight and hard, not sure who you would drop...

Junior Kiwis v Junior Kangaroos - Second Test at Rotorua

The Junior Kiwi haka was the worst I have seen since seeing the Tall Blacks attempt it lol. They had the timing all wrong and looked like some ancient black and white All Black footage with furious knee slapping all out of sync with each other lol. It's a pity because the kiwi haka's used to...

Junior Kiwis v Junior Kangaroos - Second Test at Rotorua

It was a complete turnaround by the Kiwi's. They were awful in the first half and lucky not to be further behind. They were just playing dumb football. The big second rowers really stepped it up in the second half and got some quick play the balls for Seluini to wreak havok off. Kane Morgan was...

    Kiwis Team vs England

It's nothing like that at all. Cameron Smith isn't a dynamic player like Luke is. Smith directs a team around the paddock, he's the kind of guy you want on the field for 80. Would Luke really make the side ahead of Cameron Smith? I don't think so simply because Smith is such an important...

    Kiwis Team vs England

I love it when people judge a player because they don't see him playing week in week out. Thomas Leuluai is the half back for the best club side in the Northern Hemisphere not to mention man of the match from their grand final. I would say he is better than average. He also plays very well at...

Promotion of Kiwis test gets reality check

This is definately the most promotion I can remember going into a league match. Usually you wouldn't even know it was on unless you were a die hard fan. Still struggling to make the top sports story on the news though, apparently it's more important people know that $BW's mum texted him the...

    Kiwis Team vs England

Fein and Leuluai are also strong defenders just not in the big hit way Luke is. Big hits don't necessarily make a good defender anyway, as a Sandow watcher you would know that better than anyone lol. Luke does not have the kicking game or the directional play of Fein or Leuluai, he may...

    Kiwis Team vs England

Leuluai is rubbish?? Sure he's not as dynamic as Luke but he steers a team around the park a lot better. No doubt you are writing him off 'because he doesn't play NRL' but he was man of the match in the Super League grand final, I think that means he's a bit better than rubbish. Fein is the...
