Phil Rothfield- Nine Sydney teams is too many

Superthread LXXIII: Honouring He Who Shall Not Be Named

Why would Victorias Education Department post something like that on their website? This reminds me of that time I got "attacked" by a Victorian when minding my own business on a lunchtime stroll. So there I was going for a walk and just happen to walk into Rebel Sport it the city. I...

Phil Rothfield- Nine Sydney teams is too many

Doesn't anyone else see what's going on here? Now that the Sharks are out of the danger zone, Slothfield is trying to f**k the Tigers off so his club will be off the chopping block radar for years to come. Why doesn't he just roll over and die already FFS. The Tigers and Sharks do NOT need his...

Because if we have it out here, the pommy players will cook. They can't handle the heat  Seriously though guys the WCC is treated like a trial match here, we don't take it too seriously.

Interview with the Welsh banker: crowds, golden point, judiciary...

I agree, and as much as I love origin, I think it should be done at seasons end. Imagine having origin this time of year, how AWESOME would that be. The season is over and now that big test begins that doesn't interfere in the clubs preparations.

Interview with the Welsh banker: crowds, golden point, judiciary...

People keep blaming Greenberg - he doesn't make the decisions, he's just in charge of facing the music (media) when changes are announced. Greenberg doesn't run the game on his own... despite many people on LU thinking he does just that and favors the Bulldogs.

Interview with the Welsh banker: crowds, golden point, judiciary...

Newcastle is not his fault, it's Tinkler. Same thing happened to the Knights. Besides that, look at the powerhouse European clubs he's brought here over the last couple of years, and look at everything else - our team winning the ACL, and hosting (and winning) the Asian Cup. Our (other) game...

Interview with the Welsh banker: crowds, golden point, judiciary...

Regarding shoulder charges, there is nothing wrong with them as long as they don't make contact with the head - if contact is made with the head, then yes, a penalty should be awarded. As for the concussion rule, I have nothing against that provided that it doesn't count as an interchange -...

Interview with the Welsh banker: crowds, golden point, judiciary...

Diego, he has softened our game to an unenjoyable level! Rugby League has always been a CONTACT sport. People are going to get hurt, things are going to go wrong, but the players are fully aware of that. Softening the game up is doing more harm than good as crowds are finding the game more...
