    It is a joke playing at wembley, it will be about 75% empty. The RFL can't get sell outs at wigan and huddersfield that hold around 20-25k, wembley holds 90k, it will look pathetic.

    Luke Burgess is average at best, would not be anywhere near the NRL if his name wasn't Burgess, not good enough for Leeds (who are not great this year). If he was staying in england he would be going to a wakefield/widnes standard team.

    Goulds idea falls on its face with the average performances of ellis and burgess, our best forwards/players were graham and westwood. Surely it should have been our players playing in the NRL who were head and shoulders above the rest?

    Agree about crabtree, i thought he was nailed on to be on the bench. Not sure about Brown in the team, i would rather he was on the field with "water" on his back than the number 6. Would have Robinson at 7 and Tomkins at 6.

    Not taking Gleeson is a mistake, how Clubb gets in the squad ahead of him is baffling. Sinfield is a big loss, god only knows who will do the goal kicking or kicking in general play for that matter.

    Super league rates very well on sky, second only to premier league football. The NRL on the other hand used to get next to no viewers the last time it was on sky, thats why sky and the other T.V companies have zero intrest in the NRL. Next time get your facts right, wanker!

    If this world cup fails it will be because english fans are not dumb enough to pay good money to see phoney international teams. People could be interested in seeing genuine players from emerging countries but not third rate aussie and english players who are not good enough for their own country.

    14 teams is too many. Over half the teams will end up being filled up with NRL or ESL players not good enough for their respective countries. People need to face facts, RL is not a big enough sport to have a real world cup. What is the point of having an irish team that is 95% made up of english...

    He is 36 in july and well past his best, he would add nothing as a player. To sign someone because he MIGHT be good PR is a step in the wrong direction.
