    Dour Conditions. Only positive was the win. We don't look dynamic in defence but for very long periods in all games this year we have made the opposition forwards and as a result the backs look very ordinary. Once the attack clicks we will look good enough for a top eight finish I think.

    Should be the other way round, Free weights promote natural movements as opposed to pulleys which would promote a more robotic forward and backward motion. I agree that it would be difficult to relearn movements, but these are pro athletes, adjusting and improving would not be uncommon.
