    Initial contact was high, regardless of whether he slipped into it or not is irrelevant. But wasn't anything more than a penalty for that. Open your other eye about what went on after though. Forearm/elbow to the face isn't just sandbagging him on the chest.

    Everybody keeps saying they should play out of Dolphin Oval. Every single time Brisbane 2 is mentioned the main reason is that they want a game played at Suncorp every weekend.     Darren Lockyer and Peter Wallace played against each other in Origin while both playing for the Broncos. Fittler played against Paul Green and Adrian Lam while they were halves partners at the Roosters too.

    There's always blowouts in tournaments like this. The only way for the minnow teams to grow is to get them playing more football, not less. Sure, blowouts aren't great but at least give these teams a chance to redeem themselves in this tournament before writing them off.

    How has nobody brought up the hissy fit that Fifita had last year when he didn't get picked for Australia because he was being a douche? He threatened to walk out on the game because of it. He should have a black line through his name for any Australian duties for that alone.

    I don't want Fifita anywhere near my team. I think Kahu is a wasted talent on the wing and would love to see him move into the centres. Mead was solid on the wing filling in this year I thought.
