    Yes absolutely at this age they should have to play regular games in there chosen rep zone, thats what builds the junior base to be competitive

    exactly true, to many people think size and colour, is more important then developing young kids with talent, speed, knowledge, experience and a desire. They think, give big Sione or junior the ball and he will score the points. Its a Very poor attitude to have for the future of the game.
