    okkkkay... getting right back on topic. So far this season I rate Widdop 5/10. Counting the CS, 3.67/10. He only gets a 2 last game. That was a good try in equal parts to JDB, LAM and Widdop but if it weren't for that he would have gotten 1. Hiding behind McCrone all game just doesn't cut it...

    Really? Must have been playing behind an excellent forward pack for most of the year. Though he wasn't that bad as far as I remember. Hardly Thurston or Johns-like but playing behind a dominant forward pack I don't doubt he could set up a lot of tries and line breaks.

    Good point but you forgot to say "4th best centre IMO". Duges is the best by a mile in any position from 1~7. At this stage #1 is more important. IMO after that Milne is second best and Aitken 3rd.

    This is probably pretty unpopular after last game but I think Aitken deserves another chance. Milne is a no-brainer for Lafai. Other than that I agree with possm that Widdop should be moved to halfback (on his last chance!) and Mann or Field or Nona or even Dufty should play 5/8.
