    I have eaten both, venison is delicious and the buffalo wasn't bad. Neither taste like lamb. I have eaten game meat in Africa (eland, kudu, springbok & gemsbock) and neither venison or buffalo tasted half as "gamey" as those. Give it a try, you might like it. I tried Alpaca a few weeks...

    It can be as easy or as hard as you want to make it. Are you also removing things from your diet such as certain cereals, fruit juices, bbq sauce, flavoured yoghurts, sports drinks, protein bars etc that have sugar added? Sugar is everywhere and harder to avoid than many might think
