    GWS hit a new low

    Storm are heading toward 15,000 members this year. Average crowds are nearly 17,000. Well above last few GWS games and above 6 Sydney NRL clubs which is extremely embarrassing. Not bad for a place that 'isn't picking up'.

    Um.....a 150 kg deadlift is pretty poor. Maybe if I had've deadlifted 200kg plus....yeah sure, I'd have some thing to be proud of. Of course, I never actually deadlifted apart from a one off.     You should compete. You're as strong as many who have Australian Powerlifting records in the Junior Men's class.

    Cliffhanger aint that strong anyway, so maybe it doesn't matter. But if I was deadlifting 150kg, stopping and doing bodyweight exercises won't keep it there.

    Perhaps just do a brief whole body routine once per week to hold you strength and work on body weight only exercises other times.

    I love running the hills. Makes ya wanna puke in the humid weather where I'm at, but man it's good. Well, that's after the sick feeling, dizziness and pain wears off. Good fun.

    Cottage cheese and diced fruit for breakfast. Nuts, tuna etc for snacks. Chicken wings and vegies for lunch. And for dinner, anything that doesn't involve foods that cause cancer and heart problems and straight out death - Bread, Rice and Pasta. Processed foods. Straight from the devil himself.

    3-days training a week vs 4-days

    Sqaut, Press and Pull 3 days and week and you'll be bigger and stronger then 75% of people in every gym in the country. Training 4 days per week and having big arms, big chest but a pathetic back and no legs is embarrassing.

    Just came back from the States. Sheesh we get ripped off here when it comes to guitars. I could've bought a nice Martin acoustic for half the price they are here. With the dollar the way it is, that's wrong.
