    I'm Melbourne born and bred - but I really hope the grand final is not sold to Melbourne to host! It belongs in Sydney - you could argue Brisbane have a case, but to me it's a Sydney event and I love coming up every year for it!

    I thought it was always reportable offences, but then they were ruling on strips etc. I am sure I am not the only League fan who is getting more and more confused about what the rules are at the moment! Huge issue in the game... inconsistency in whether they can or can't intervene has a chance...

    From a Melbourne perspective, hoping that if we finish second as looks almost assured now, that the game is not scheduled for Sunday afternoon. That would clash with VRL Grand Final day - obviously impacting a significant number of followers of the game.

    How was the question in the press conference though that was when Moore answered it was a fair tackle... think it was Andy Raymond 'Did you think further action should have been taken?'... Are you kidding me?????? It was just a cracker of a tackle that unfortunately hurt the bloke...

    I agree if the marker would have been onside at the correct mark, then he should be allowed to tackle, but not regardless of where they are standing

    The SG ball side mate... lost the GF with I believe it was 7 Vic juniors. That number is 12 this season, and to date have lost 1 game this season

    the after party is a key part of that too... without a leagues club, it's been held in a foyer over the road, where the food/bev sales were part of Melb and Olympic Park trust... now that will be the clubs also. The new stadium is huge for the future of the club

    I am ok with mistakes by refs, don't see how the Quinn one got missed, but they're human, so can deal with that. I was more confused by the ruling on the other one, whether it was a mistake or if the advantage rule only counts for one knock on??
