    I just found it ...its only a few days old Twizz..we dont all spend all our days here. With equal respect you only have to go as far as White Ribbon(one of the major pop sources that the NRL and other groups get their info from) to get the gist...you could go further afield ti equally obvious...

    ...you have to convince a magistrate (who often believe that DV is discrete incidents of bashing a woman) that you are scared ..that a reasonable person would be scared...not just a girly wuss.

    And the Colonel is saying (I think)that Domestic Violence is a pattern of coersion and intimidation that can start with 'lower scale" incidents designed to create control...and often progresses to more lethal forms ...like bashing. I think the magistrate is showing a distinct lack of knowledge...
