    i understand the point about the traffic congestion, but really, who are the nrl to tell anyone else when they can and can't play a game? They should be spending their time trying to promote the match in melbourne in order that people will come to it, rather than whingeing about the afl.

    mmmm....thought so. As it turns out, it depends of the manufacturer of the game I think for xbox 360 as to whether it is region-coded or not. So best to check with them.

    As far as I know, the AFL Record only gets sold at AFL games (it only gets printed on thursday nights, which is when the afl teams for the week are announced), as opposed to RLW, which gets sold at newsagents. Not a legit comparison then.

    word is, as has been mentioned, that jimmy got sacked after complaining to someone that he hadn't been paid for a few months. Quite frankly would not surprise me, as 2sm *allegedly* has a reputation throughout the industry for being a real dodgy joint to work at.

    ray chesterton is maybe the worst journalist i've ever seen- no idea what he's talking about on ANY topic whatsoever, a complete failure (ironically, he had a failed stint on sbs about 10 years ago too). It's scary to think that he used to be chief rugby league writer for a major sydney paper!
