    What I think is needed is for the foundation of this second tier to be put in place......but a longer term goal to be a competition of the same quality based in NZ, NSW, Qlds, Victoria and so on with the winners of those competitions maybe going on to represent their regions in a larger scale...

    Tahu to Union

    You know what...good luck to him. Ive never rated Tahu as much as others. Yeah he is a great athlete, but he has been injury prone in the past but most of all he is VERY erratic. I think he'll be a handy winger in union.....but if they payed over the odds for him...they are stupid.

    Its not so much expansion as bolstering the playing ranks and lifting the standards of second tier players. Its a great move though and one I would like to see expanded.

    What Wayne Bennett was really whinging about what the fact the BRONCOS havent replaced Tuqiri! Carney couldnt defend to save his life. Quite frankly I couldn't give a stuff about him leaving. And Farrell....please! He was a below average lock that could kick goals. Wigan had better locks...
