    I refereed a few years back and that was essentially my attitude. Unless it was blatant, I would let it slide. After all, at that age it's all about the fun that the kid has. When I started getting to 9's and 10's (dependent on grade) I would be less lenient.

    Yes correct. The player was not penalised because the referee allowed the advantage, in which a try is scored. Not an official penalty, but a penalty nonetheless.
