I just don't see how Stone Cold even comes into calculations for a Ref at cyber sunday. He has nothing at all to do with the story line of HBK, Jericho or Batista

It's not a completely foregone conclusion. While HBK would be the obvious choice, Orton's been getting a lot of face pops lately with the way he is picking fights with everybody.
