This is how the jerseys should be I reckon:

Brisbane
HOME: Plain maroon (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedi...ersey_2002.svg)
AWAY: Original stripes with yellow (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedi...ersey_1988.svg)

Canterbury
HOME: Blue and white V (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedi...ersey_1966.svg)
AWAY: Blue and white bands (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Ca...ersey_1969.svg)
HERITAGE: Butcher stripes

Canberra
HOME: Original green and white (no blue) (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedi...ersey_1982.svg)
AWAY: Inverse, but with no blue (this is close http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedi...ersey_2006.svg)

Cronulla
HOME: Current, near perfect
AWAY: Original V (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Cr...ersey_1970.svg)

Gold Coast
HOME: Similar to now, but not with those stupid printed swords theyre having next year
AWAY: Same as now, no swords

Manly
HOME: Original maroon with white midsection
AWAY: White with a few thin maroon bands and maroon shorts

Melbourne
HOME: Original gold, purple and blue WITH NO LIGHTNING BOLTS
AWAY: I'd like to see an Essendon-style single-band to stick it up AFL

Actually, stuff it, cant be bothered doin the rest
Those links you posted are all fugly as sh*t.

While I agree less is more there's a difference between a well designed simple jersey, and a jersey that looks like it was designed by kids with coloured crayons.

I thought the current warriors jerseys were the worst I've seen, but the links you posted are just as bad.

I suppose you want to go back to over-sized cotton jerseys too

Things were better back in 'your' day ay?

Most of the links he posted are to mock ups of previous years designs using a very basic wikipedia template.

i think the white top of the sharks jersey makes it look soft.

Switch the colours - black shoulders, white V, keep the blue at the bottom. Much tougher

I think their new kit looks A League but that's probably bias talking as I've always been a fan of their classic 'hooped' jersey.

Just had a look at those ISC jerseys.
I really don't like the ISC neck that all the NRL clubs except the rabbitohs have.

But I lol'ed big time when I saw the name of that Kiwi Union club, "Bay of Plenty Steamers", as in "oh oh, Nate Miles left a steamer!"

The NRL ones... Manly have moved to ISC, and the Eels have gone from collar to round-neck

Sharks just changed their jersey from the best in the league to possibly the second worst. Panthers is easily the worst

Don't particularly like ISC jerseys but they make some great supporter wear.
