Has all the makings of a blockbuster...a tilt at a top-4 spot is still in the offing for both teams.

With the way the draw has worked out, the winner will take 5th and maybe 4th if a result or two goes their way. The loser should still make the 8 with a winnable match in R26, but the Roosters (for example) wouldn't want to carry four straight losses into R26.

If Roosters don't win this I think it's safe to say our season is done.

Roosters to bounce back and win. Have played far to well this year only for it to end this week

Roosters now overdue for a win, will have to cut the mistake rate against manly, still I think they can.

i think it'll be a tight match, and im not confident at all after what i've seen in the past month..

it's not like we're not competing.. it just seems like a lacksy daisy attitude; and one that doesn't seem like going away all that easy at all

I cant see us getting up in this game, I hope I am wrong though. We still stumble into the top 8, maybe 6th if we are lucky, 7th or 8th most likely. Has not been our year with key injuries at the wrong times. Stewart and Williams have been massive losses, we have no speed.

Also, Watmough is going to struggle to make the cut off. Could see a backrow and bench of:

11. Buhrer 12. Bailey 13. Stewart 14. Rose. 15. Galuvao 16. Cross 17. Mauro/Lussick

The opposition always talks themselves down only to end up smashing us... I'm not confident LOL..
