We most likely won't have Thurston, O'Donnell, Bowen (if his rib is broken), Tonga (if he's picked), Scott, Rapira (maybe) and also Neil Henry and Billy Johnstone.

The Roosters should win easily.

Cowboys will find it tough playing without Thurston (especially), a whole stack of players, without their coach for a week. Roosters are due for a win very shortly and almost got it last week. Still, it will be a fairly tough task winning up in Townsville.

Grant Rovelli can either alienate his 'fans' or torment his old club. I guess we'll see. IIRC Anthony Watts was one of the positives of a poor 2008 season, and he can step in. Travis Burns can still play footy.

Tough game to call, I'm gonna give it to Cowboys by 2, but I really wouldn't be surprised if the Chooks won...in fact I'd love for the Cowboys to drop more points.

^So the Warriors can piggyback into the 8 like last year?

Warriors had to win 8 of 10 AND rely on other results to go their way. Our position currently may not be as precarious as last season.

No Thurston, Bowen, O'Donnell, Scott, Tonga i reckon and neil henry and billy johnstone. This is time for someone to stand up in our team. Payne will need have a blinder. Watts hopefully will make run on halfback and really shine. If our forwards go forward we will win. I tip Cowboys by 12

I think this game will tell us more about the Cowboys as a team than Sunday's game did imo.

We have a pretty good record up there. The 20 minutes before half time and Ogre's ability in warmer conditions will be telling for us.
