Sandow is a champ for standing up to Ennis. He has had it coming for ages, would like to see more of it on him.

Screw Sandow, he is a little prik and would just try to put hits on all game long and come in late in tackles with some cheap shots. Then he throws the first punch and they get the penalty and that obstruction call was crap, based on what they gave last night and other incidents that was clearer then any of them but a great 2nd half and we really stood up.

He belted Ennis, or tried to. So he gets 10 points from me. Ennis seems like a good bloke when interviewed but seems like a dick on the field, I wish he got belted more often for his niggle and just being a general loud mouth/smart arse.

That'll f**king do me.

That obstruction was far worse, far more blatant than the one the Raiders got pinged for last night and last week, and it's a try.

Obviously the obstruction rule only applies to the Raiders.

56-0 and the wanker is still whinging. FMD.

What a fantastic game from both teams, but in particular the Bulldogs. We had to over come the loss of Stagg, the video ref gifting the Bunnies a clear no try and the fact we quite frankly weren't up to scratch in the opening 20 minutes. But we did over come the obstacles and played tremendous footy in the end to win.

We had to make more tackles, conceded more penalties, equalled in line breaks, made more missed tackles, had less than 50% possession and still won the match. It goes to show that we can really grind out a win.

Hannant led the way with his man of the match performance (21 runs, 183 metres, 37 tackles, 1 offload, 0 errors). Ennis was brilliant out of dummy half, El Masri was very very impressive (eat my balls Bodsy), Idris got very limited ball but was devistating and Gordon teamed well with Eastwood off the bench as both of them put in great efforts.

And the best thing... We are far from our best football.

Major turn around after half time and it was good to see that passion and aggression from our boys, to hold them out in the 2nd half was awesome work.

The try was 50/50. No one was clearly obstructed. But some times you get them, other times you don't.

The Dogs are the team we should aim to be. Very professional, very composed, very good. Kimmorley is a maestro, Ennis a superb player. Well in Dogs, too good.

Dissapointed in the result, but the effort was there.

We just couldn't get a roll on in the 2nd half.

A stupid penalty led to the win for the dogs. But good game, close encounter. Souths prove we can match it with the best. The game was definately for the taking

well what would you know, another 2 "bullsh*t" tries to the magical one.

whoever said the dogs don't have another gear - give yourself an 'i'm clueless' upper cut. They've shown many times this year they can step up the pace when they have to.

Dogs are woefully out of form, thankfully we've got a bunch of guys that hate losing and can win by sheer determination alone. Better start improving from here though.

I still don't think they've got another gear. Good grinding win but they'll need more than that to win in the finals. Plus Roberts seems to have lost form completely.

What did you miss Ennis coming in late with a forearm to the head/neck area. Bulldogs need to get out of this slump they find themselves in.

Absolutely ECSTATIC with the way the boys stepped up to the mark in the second forty. Sensational hustle, bruising defence. Well done by the refs too in the second half, letting the game flow a bit better and not bowing to the jeers from the Rabbits side of the ground.

As for Sandow, @ people blaming Ennis for what happened. Sandow was a little grub all afternoon - he must've called Patten something as well, not to mention when he gave Goodwin a nice flop late in the game.

Little f**king grub.

 Ennis gave him a little pat and gave him some lip for booting it out on the full. Sandow took exception because he's a little pr!ck.

As for "slump" 16-0 second half isn't a "slump".

The sheppard try to Souths was clearly a sheppard. CLEARLY. As Kevin Moore said, since 1908 the rule is clear and that is that you can not run behind your own player to gain an advantage. Josh Morris wasn't knocked over, but he was taken out of the play and if not for the fact he is probably in the top 3 fastest players in the game then he wouldn't have had any shot on Sandow when he should have been able to stand his ground and make the tackle.

Instead, due to Sandow running behind his own player it made Josh Morris have to rush in on a player that didn't have the ball, allowing Sandow to stroll through.

And as for Sandow, he is a dirty little grub. Typical. He got some lip from Ennis who is well within his rights to mouth off, and he couldn't hack it so he does what they do best and starts swinging. Then he puts a great shot on Patten but ruins it by slamming down on him with a forearm. Then to put the icing on the cake he shoulder barges a defenceless Goodwin, who was on his knees, right in the head.

I didn't think it was a shepard, the decoy ran through well before Sandow did, Sandow was still on the inside of the Bulldogs defender and the decoy was five metres in front of him when he went through the gap, Morris just had a really bad read. If that's a shepard you may as well ban all decoy runners.

Agree on Sandow being a grub though.
