Bluestone use ANZ.

ANZ is paying out St George.

ANZ is fronting the other $7mill for the refurb at the request of the developer because the development depends on the refurb.

New club will become the security over the $10 mill.

Club will close for the refurb so no cash flow and jobs lost unless the deal to takeover the Caringbah Bizzos goes ahead.

Previous deal was for a function centre operator to do the fit out for free in exchange for 5 years free rent from the club.

There's nothing in the $10mill for the footy club, to pay potential ASADA fine/s or to aid in keeping the club liquid.
