this game is an important test for the teams ability to stick to their structure and game plan. If they can , they should win easily against a weakened tigers team. however any team with Benji and Farrar and Ellis will be dangerous ,especially if we allow the game to become an unstructured game of touch.

I feel sorry for the Tigers. If they'd have had all these injuries to backs a couple of weeks ago, they could have signed a couple of NZ internationals as replacements for next to nothing and not had an issue. Sadly, the injuries have come too late.

Expecting Souths to not skip a beat despite missing Luke and GI. Merritt to get a couple more meat pies along the way.

Our suspension list pales in comparison to the blokes the Tigers are going to have on the sideline.

Bit of a shame really. Would have liked to have seen both teams at full-strength, it would have been a fantastic attacking contest with the way the Bunnies and Tigers play football. I think the crowd will be down as a result, too.

Souths have better depth than the Tigers. Pretty good luxury having Merritt slip into the 1 when GI has a spell.

Souths by 10.

Suspension is no ones fault but the individual, play within the rules and you wont miss games

Injuries are just an unfortunate part of the game that can't be helped.

Teams named. All the injuries repeated in the Wests Tigers teamlist :?

No GI for Souths.

We will be spoilt this week with the Warriors, Titans, Knights, Raiders, Saints and Roosters supporters cheering themselves hoarse on every good play by our boys.

The referees will be clearly ripping us off blind, with the Tigers laying over the ruck, missing their forward passes and giving them penalties to get the Tigers back into the contest.

Skeepe will be our best friend.

Happy Times.

Why would the refs want the Tigers to win?

given the Tigers injuries list , even without GI and Luke , Souths should win this well. If so they should be sure thing for top 4.
However and here is the rub , if they do lose this game , which is now being presented as a gift , it could be the start of slump seeing them missing the 8.
A must win.

marshall to be playing through a hand and foot injury also. wow... if he doesnt play, this might get ugly. although souths are prone to falling asleep now and again. if they dont underestimate their opposition, i think they can account for the tigers with ease (even with inglis out).
