No Hayne, injury clouds hanging over Gallen and Bird, Mcmanus in the side, Pearce still in the halves, you would have to think this thing is all but done.

I doubt Gallen will play. His foot is still in a moonboot one week out from the game.

This whole Series has been rigged, and this game will be rigged for NSW.

- QLDers to blow up about the refs for weeks to come.
- QLD players to throw their toys out of the cot and break all their crayons.
- Fat Mal to step down as coach.
- King Gal to belt the f**k out of some pussy QLD player.
- Fire to dry hump his missus in celebration at the 80th minute.

Qld turned it around after being completely outplayed.

May be a good thing that nsw were whipped last game.

difference was most people could see Queensland had an off game in the first one, as well as NSW played.
Now we've seen how they go against a fully firing Queensland team, and it wasnt pretty.

I am so over people having this opinion of game 1 and 2.

If QLD had Slater, Scott, and Boyd out and NSW thrashed them, do you reckon everyone would just talk up how well the blues played or would they all be discussing how understrength the maroons were?

NSW had a horrible preparation for game 2, including rushing in inferior players to make up for the loss of 3 key men. Of course we were going to look underdone.

Now we have 1 of those key men back, as well as much better replacements for the other 2 (plus an uninterrupted prep for the most part). Its going to be a very, very close game

Good news for Blues fans with skipper Paul Gallen and Greg Bird having trained without their moon boots today.

"Depending on how they are feeling, we might try and run them (Thursday). If they don't run (today) we will try it again on Friday," said Blues coach Laurie Daley.

"Then we will see how they pull up on Saturday and make a decision from there."
